The James And Alex Show! P1 (Various Animal TFs)

Follicles of dust fell onto a nearby beaker inside an old laboratory. This lab belonged to a magician, a master of both science and magic. The magician had left his lab for the day, leaving his mangy black cat in charge of his lab. The cat should have been standing guard, but was instead snoozing on top of a pile of dusty old books. The black cat flailed his thin tail around as he happily kicked his paws. The cat dreamed about catching the most delicious mouse in the entire world and eating him whole!

Little did he know that dreams sometimes echoed reality. A tiny white mouse scurried into the lab from a hole in the wall. This mouse was named Alex and unlike the other current occupant of the lab, was much less lazy. The mouse was the size of a regular mouse, yet possessed the unique ability to walk on two legs. This gave the most an anthropomorphized appearance. The mouse quietly walked through the lab, taking care not to wake the sleeping black cat.

The mouse squeaked softly as he silently shuffled about the lab looking for something to eat. He didn't care if he found crumbs, the mouse needed a snack! As the tiny white mouse wandered about, the cat above him stirred. The scent of mouse permeated his tiny pink feline nose. The smell was too real for his dream! The cat's eyelids sprung open, revealing his piercing green eyes. The cat looked around the lab and noticed the tiny mouse walking around on a nearby table. The cat grinned as he stretched, right before rearing himself up on all fours.

The mouse didn't noticed the cat waking up, but did spot a big red apple nearby. It was a little too big for the tiny mouse, but maybe he could just nibble off a few pieces. Seated next to the apple of a strange beaker of pink liquid. The mouse didn't think too much of it and mad his way towards the apple. Meanwhile, the cat had made his way onto the other side of the table, unbeknownst to the mouse. The cat snuck up behind the tiny rodent as the tiny mouse stared at the apple. The mouse then noticed a reflection in the shiny apple, one belonging to that of a black cat! Without thinking, the mouse ran over the beaker and grabbed it. The mouse then tossed the beaker of mysterious pink liquid at the cat. The liquid splashed out of the beaker and covered James the cat in weird pink sludge!

The cat hissed angrily at the mouse. "Mreo--- Oink!" The cat's eyes opened wide at the sound he just made. He's a cat, cats don't oink! To James' surprise, his tiny pink nose soon grew much larger. His small nostrils grew wider and wider as his nose became larger as a result. His nose became circular and soon enough it was a pig's snout. Alex saw this and laughed hard at the cat. The pig-nosed cat snorted as he extended his claws. However, as soon as he extended his claws, they fell out. The cat's claws fell out of his paws, leaving the cat without his defense mechanism! Soon enough, the cat's paws started to harden as his toes became more pointed. Soon enough, the cat found his paws replaced with pig hooves!

James angrily clacked his hooves against the ground as he stared at the mouse. Before the cat could react, his fur started falling out in clumps. Underneath his fur was bare pink skin. After the cat's body was sufficiently hairless, it started to fatten up. The pig grew larger and wider as he quickly put on the pounds. His stomach protruded as his torso became covered in folds of flab. James' face grew larger and fatted as well, as the fur fell off of it. James' ears grew larger as they flopped over and became pig's ears. James' long thing tail shrank and started to curve, become a curly pig's tail in the process.

James the pig snorted as he looked at the mouse. Alex continued to laugh at the former cat's predicament. The pig snorted angrily and was about to charge at the mouse, when the table started to teeter. It couldn't handle the pig's weight, causing the table to give-way. James toppled of the table as Alex burst into a sprint and leapt off of it. Alex landed on a nearby desk, while the hefty pig fell towards the ground. The pig landed on his stomach on top of a large white plate. The apple that was sitting on the table fell as well, toppling towards the pig's gaping maw. The apple landed in James' mouth, muffling his snorts and squeals in the process.

The mouse noticed the once mighty cat was now just a pig on a plate with an apple in his mouth. The mouse decided to toy with the pig more and have some fun with him. After all, when the pig was a cat he had chased Alex out of the lab on several occasions. The mouse walked over near the knocked over table and grabbed a discarded salt shaker. The mouse easily picked up the salt shaker, despite it being about the same height as himself. The mouse waddled towards the pig who was oinking and struggling to get up. The mouse then proceeded to use the salt shaker on the pig, covering the pig in white salt flakes in the process. The mouse licked his lips, James was looking like a mighty tasty pig! Alex wished he was big enough to lift the pig into the oven. James on the other hand was angered by the fact that he was being treated like a pig about to be roasted. James struggled to his feet and spat out the apple, sending apple crumbs flying everywhere in the process. Alex panicked and dropped the salt shaker, he then proceeded to scurry off. The pig chased after the mouse, but found it difficult as his fat body wasn't as physically as his previous feline physique.

Alex then proceeded to scurry up a nearby shelf that was lined with beakers of various potions. Alex knocked a beaker of grey liquid over as James was running under it, causing the pig to be covered in grey ooze. The pig grumbled, knowing the grey slime would transform him again. Unsurprisingly, the potion did what James thought it would and started altering his being. James' skin turned grey as his hide became rougher in texture. James' flab soon started to shift and morph into blubber. James' front hooved feet started to stretch out as they were soon overtaken by blubber. The hooves flattened out and grew larger, becoming a set of walrus flippers.

James panicked and bellowed out loud walrus noises: "Ort ort!" His torso grew longer and larger as it lowered itself onto the ground. James now laid on his stomach as his back-legs expanded outwardly. His back-legs flattened out and became a second pair of flippers. James' face changed as well as his pig snout sunk into his face, leaving the former pig with a pair of walrus nostrils. James' muzzle grew and became bulkier, soon transforming into a walrus' muzzle. James' front teeth started to ache as they expanded outwards. The two teeth grew and became pointed, turning into a set of sharp walrus tusks.

The walrus angrily smacked his flippers against the floor as he struggled to move. He found it difficult to walk in his fat blubbery body. The walrus kicked his flippers, only managing to inch slightly. The walrus was not yet used to his new body, a fact that the mouse was all too eager to advantage of. The walrus shuffled towards the shelf the mouse was hiding atop and bared his tusks at the rodent. Alex chuckled and picked up a potion bottle filled with black liquid. Despite the bottle being larger than Alex, he was able to pick it up with ease due to cartoon logic. Alex noticed the bottle was shaped a bit like a fish, so he decided to use this to his advantage. Alex took the fish-shaped bottle and brandished it in front of the walrus. James saw that the bottle strong resembled a fish and started clapping his front flippers together, desperately waning the mouse to toss him the fish. James' walrus instincts had taken over and blinded him to the mouse's ploy.

Alex grinned mischeviously and uncorked the bottle. The mouse then leapt off the table and shoved the bottle into the walrus' mouth, before landing on the ground. The bottle was now upside down and sticking out of the walrus' mouth as it's contents slowly drained into James. The black liquid went down James' throat and quickly changed him. James shrunk as a pair of wings sprouted out of his back. James grew smaller and smaller as his head changed back to that of a cat's. However, that was about the only part of him that changed back to normal! The rest of James' body was that of a tiny buzzing fly.

The cat-headed fly buzzed around angrily and flew towards the mouse. The mouse was now much larger than the cat-fly and simply swatted him away with his paw. James went rearing backwards through the air as he thrashed his six legs about. Alex chuckled to himself as he reached into his fur. He dug about in his fur and pulled an absurdly larger flyswatter. "Buzz-meow?!" Exclaimed the cat-fly as the mouse brandished the much-larger flyswatter with immense ease. Alex ran towards the fly while wielding the swatter as the cat-fly helplessly buzzed away.

James wasn't used to his new wings and flew about randomly. The cat-fly knew he had to change back, so the tiny buzzing insect made his way to a smaller shelf where a grey-colored potion was sitting. James flew above the open potion and was about to land when his tiny legs became tangled invisible strands. James was caught in a web! The fly thrashed about in the web as the mouse came towards him. Alex hauled up with the flyswatter and whacked both the potion by mistake instead of the fly. Liquid flew forth and splattered all over the fly and mouse. As the goo fell onto the two, they were covered in a purple layer of smoke. When the smoke cleared, everything appeared to be normal. The fly was now a cat again and the mouse was still a mouse. To the untrained eye, that's what it appeared to be. However, this wasn't actually the case!

The four-legged cat and two-legged mouse looked at each. "Meow?" Asked the mouse who proceeded to purr like a cat. "Squeak!" Exclaimed the cat as he made mouse-like noises. The two had somehow switched bodies! James looked at his tiny mouse body in dismay. He was small and covered in white fur, had a long thin tail and pair of circular ears. James had never felt so weak and insignificant before! On the other hand, Alex the cat much liked his new body. It was much larger than his old body, sleeker, and had a shiny black coat of fur. The cat possessed thick whiskers and a set of very sharp claws. It felt odd for Alex to walk on all fours, he was a mouse his entire life and motion of walking on four feet was bizarre.

To Alex's feline nose, something smelled delicious. And that thing was the mousey morsel standing in front of him! Of course, Alex wouldn't eat his own body but he did want to teach the cat a lesson about chasing prey. Alex licked his lips and walked towards the confused mouse. James squeaked in surprise as the cat slunk towards him. The mouse scurried away as the cat chased him. James ran across the floor with Alex in hot pursuit. After a while, Alex stopped chasing the mouse and sat on his haunches. The mouse was too afraid to look back and kept running, eventually running right into what appeared to be a large boot. The large brown boot belonged to James' master, "The Sorcerer". The Sorcerer was clad in long red robes, had a shaggy grey beard and various wrinkles lining his face. The grizzled sorcerer picked up the mouse by the scruff of his neck. James thrashed about as the old man held the mouse to eye-level. "What is this tiny rodent doing in my laboratory?! Do I have an infestation now?"


Alex laughed to himself as he got another idea. The cat grabbed a nearby bottle of white liquid and poured it on himself. The cat shrank as his fur turned white, quickly changing back to his two-legged mouse self. Alex grabbed the bottle, which still had some liquid left in it. He picked it up and ran towards The Sorcerer, who was still angrily holding the mouse. Alex splashed the bottle of white liquid over The Sorcerer who let out a loud squeak. White fur sprung up all over The Sorcerer's body as she shrank and grew much smaller. The Sorcerer's clothes became baggy as the sorcerer shrank. James scurried out of the sorcerer's shrinking hand and landed on the floor. The Sorcerer's nose turned tiny and pink as a long thin tail sprang out from his backside. The Sorcerer's face grew out into a muzzle as his growing fur covered his wrinkles.


The Sorcerer's hands shrank as they became tiny mouse paws. The Sorcerer's ears became circular as they grew larger, looking more like tiny satellites with each passing second. The Sorcerer's toes drew together and bulked up, becoming a second set of mouse paws. The Sorcerer's shaggy beard and long grey hair receded as he continued to shrink. The Sorcerer shrank to mouse size and became blanketed in his much larger clothing. The mouse wriggled out of the pile of clothing and angrily looked at his new form. "This is awful!" Shouted the former sorcerer as he angrily held up his thin tail. The Sorcerer mouse scurried off of the pile of clothes towards Alex. James also walked over to Alex, completely fuming about being turned into a rodent.


The two approached Alex at the same time, who responded in kind by hugging the two fellow mice. "Ew! Mouse hugs!" Exclaimed the sorcerer as he tried to wriggle out of the hug. Alex chuckled at this as he continued to embrace the two mice. After a whole minute of hugging, a strange ethereal voice spoke up. "Level complete! Mouse wins!" The voice caused the world to freeze, even the Mouse Sorcerer stood motionless. The only two unaffected were James and Alex. The two mice suddenly snapped back to reality and gave their mousey heads a good shake. They had gotten a little too involved in the game they were playing and actually believed they were a cat and mouse duo for a while! In unison, the two mice reached for the empty space above their heads and lifted the air upwards. As they did, they found their VR helmets in the real world being lifted.


Both James and Alex were now back in the real-world, or rather back in the comfort of the game store. The two young men had gone to the store earlier to test the latest virtual games and had gotten caught up in one of the newest sensations sweeping the scene: "The Cat & Mouse Simulator". It was a brand new experience, allowing one user to take up the guise of a cat while the other is a mouse. The two enjoyed their game of cat and mouse, but were happier to be back in their own world as their old selves. James, the ever-confident goofball turned towards his friend Alex and smiled. "That was fun, you make a good mouse, Alex!" Said James as he patted Alex on the shoulder. "Likewise, you make a great cat! Among many other animals, as well." The two laughed in unison as they prepared to leave.


Unknown to the two, the game had followed them into the real world. James started to grow a long cat's tail covered in black fur. The tail grew from his tailbone and pressed against the back of his pants. Alex was affected as well as a thing mouse's tail started to grew from his backside. The two friends were oblivious to the transformation. However, the elderly store owner was fully aware of their oncoming transformations. The old man smiled as he stared at the two men as they left. "The game isn't over, my friends. My lab may have been fake, but your new forms will be quite real." The two friends didn't hear the old man's threat and simply left the store. Little did they know, their game of cat and mouse was about to get a lot more realistic...
