Maria's Quarrel (Mario TG)

It was a dangerous day in the Mushroom Kingdom, a dangerous day indeed. For the king of Koopas, a dragon-turtle named Bowser, had challenged Mario to a duel. Mario was a brave yet short Italian plumber, and he wasn't one to back down from a challenge. He waited in a forest zone located outside the Peach's Castle. Mario stood there, his shoes planted firmly in the dirt and his fists at the ready. The battle was only fifteen minutes away, and Mario was nervous. He had been involved with duels before, but they were usually just little fun party brawls. Having a straight-up duel with his arch rival, was something that gave him the willies! After all, he was a plumber, not some sort of cowboy! As Mario stood there, he heard someone tromping through the grass.

It couldn't have been Bowser, his footsteps would've been much noisier. Bowser had agreed to the battle being one on one, but he wasn't the kind of turtle to honor his word. Mario summoned a fireball in his left hand and began to slowly turn around. "Wait! I mean you no harm, Mario!" Exclaimed a feminine voice that Mario had never heard before. Mario turned swiftly and saw a beautiful young woman standing in the middle of the grass. She was pretty, well-endowed and seemed to present a boisterous and strong personality. She was unlike any woman Mario had ever met before! She had beautiful black hair, wore a pair of glasses and was carrying some kind of strange wooden stick. She also wore a red and gold short-sleeved shirt, with a white undershirt and a black skirt. She had a red and gold tie that sat atop her white vest, which was neatly tucked into her red-shirt. Underneath her glasses she had beautiful green eyes, that sparkled like the dewdrops on the grass. She had long slender legs, and she wore white knee-high socks and black leather shoes.

Emblazoned on her red shirt, was a strange golden insignia that Mario had never seen before. "Hello, Mario! I'm a big fan! The name's Kimba!" Exclaimed the young adult, as she walked towards Mario. "How you know-a my name, Miss?" She smiled, "Who doesn't know of you, Mario? You're video games are world-famous!" Mario looked befuddled by this statement, "Video games? What's-a you talking about?" Kimba was taken aback by the fact that Mario didn't know he was in a game. Then again, this world seemed just as real as the earth Kimba lived on. "Well, a video game is a virtual world created by game designers, and it's a fictional dimension of entertainment for the player!" Mario looked confused at Kimba's statements, he had no idea what she was talking about! He shrugged his shoulders, causing Kimba to giggle slightly. "Oh wait, I gets it!" Exclaimed Mario, "You're from-a the world beyond the screen!" Kimba shrugged, now she was one who was confused!

"World beyond the screen?" She asked, as Mario grinned from ear to ear. "Here, let me show you!" Exclaimed Mario, as he grabbed Kimba's arm and pulled her towards a large empty part of the forest. Suddenly, Kimba spotted a small black square floating in the middle of the woods. Slowly but surely, this little black square grew larger and larger. This black square now resembled a large theatre screen, and the bizarre screen soon flickered with static. After a few moments, a man appeared on the other side of the screen, clutching a SNES controller in his hand. "Funny people like this always appear while were in the middle of something! We became-a cool with it after a while, because they gave us lots of tips and tricks! I never would've found my way through Bowser's castle the first time, if they weren't helping me along!" Kimba smiled at Mario's statement, as she really wasn't expecting that answer!

She always thought that Mario had been controlled directly by the player, but in this world the player merely gives tips and directions to Mario. It was strange, but undoubtedly interesting. Mario turned his attention away from the screen, to talk to Kimba directly. "So, if you're from the world beyond the screen, how did-a you get here?" Asked Mario in his usual cheerful tone. "It's all thanks to my magic wand here!" Exclaimed Kimba as she pointed to the stick she was holding, "It lets me cast all kinds of spells! I merely used a spell to create a Warp-Pipe and used it to journey to your world!" Mario was utterly shocked by this statement! A mere mortal was able to travel from the world beyond the screens, using nothing but a stick of wood? Whatever the case may be, Mario knew he couldn't get Kimba involved in the brawl that was about to take place.

"Alright, well-a you better mosey along now!" Kimba frowned, "I just got here, Mario!" Mario began tamping his shoe against the ground, "Bowser will be here-a soon, and a lady shouldn't be getting caught in the crossfire!" Kimba pointed to her wand once again, "Mario, I've got magic, I'll be fine! I know full-well of the dangers of the Mushroom Kingdom, and I know how to properly handle myself!" Mario shook his head at Kimba, "I'd never forgive myself if-a something happened to a pretty lady! Besides, women are delicate and gentle, there's no denying that!" Kimba sighed, "Mario, women are more capable then you think! You shouldn't underestimate us due to old stereotypes!"

Before their argument could go any further, Mario heard a familiar tromping sound. Out of the forest trudged Bowser, who bore an angered frown across his reptilian brow. "Yous-a best get out of here, Kimba! I don't want-a you to get caught in the crossfire!" Kimba began to get upset, "Mario, I already told you that I could handle myself! Besides, you may need my help to bring down Bowser!" Mario ignored her, and stood to face to face with Bowser, "Kimba, get-a out of here! This is a one-on-one duel between men! No weapons, no magic, no outside help!" Kimba stood there, trying her best to hold back her anger.

Mario took a fighting stance, preparing to assault Bowser. Unfortunately for him, Bowser let out a bellow of flame that Mario barely dodged. "That's-a cheating, Bowser! We agreed to no magic and no fire!" Bowser ignored Mario, and continued his fiery assault. Kimba saw this as an opportunity to help her childhood hero out, and a chance to prove all his skepticism wrong. "Mario, if Bowser's not going to play fair, why should you?" As much as Mario didn't want to admit it, she was right. Mario was the kind of person who was used to rescuing damsels, not being rescued by them! "Alright..." Said Mario as he accepted defeat.

"Great!" Kimba ran beside her childhood hero and readied her wand. "This'll cut Bowser down to size!" She exclaimed as she lifted her wand, "Super Nintendium!" However, Kimba's spell backfired and struck her and Mario instead! Magical energy pulsated through their beings, as their bodies underwent strange transformations! The burst of magical energy caused the two of them to be shrouded by smoke, as Bowser just stood their and waited out of curiosity. Bowser wanted to attack, but he was afraid they may have turned into something truly dangerous! If need be, Bowser would have to retreat! However, when the smoked cleared, Bowser saw something he wasn't expecting at all!

Mario was gone, and in his place stood a beautiful young woman. She had large breasts, wide hips, and possessed a rather large behind. The female was rather tall, had a head of beautiful brown hair, and had perfect smooth skin. The woman wore Mario's trademark red cap and overalls, but a modified version that better suited her feminine physique. The woman's mannerisms were a bit odd, as she moved around in a rather masculine manner. The woman stood there, staring at her thin arms and wide hips. She took an index finger, and ran it across her the skin above her upper-lip. When she found it smooth and bare, she let out a screech.

She swivelled her dainty legs around, as if something important was missing between them. "Mama mia! What happened?" Asked the beautiful lady, in a sultry Italian accent. "Mario?" Asked Kimba, "Is that you?!" Mario looked at Kimba, only to find that she had undergone a transformation too. "Kimba? I think it's-a you we have to worry about!" Kimba looked at her skin, and found that every pore of it was now covered in thick tan-colored fur! Her nose was petite and black, a nose fitting that of a common animal. She had black markings around her eyes, and a pair of pointed animal ears. Luckily for her, most of her clothing was still intact. Which was a good thing, considering she wouldn't want to run around in the buff! Her shoes and socks had disappeared, she stood there in her bare-feet which were now covered with brown fur. Her hands also possessed this same coat of dark-brown fur.

She jerked head around to find a long and thick tail, covered with same tan fur as her body and lined with black stripes. "Oh my, I've turned into a raccoon furry!" Exclaimed Kimba in complete shock. She couldn't have gotten the spell wrong, she had practiced it nonstop at her wizardry academy! She was sure that she had recited the magic words properly, but she couldn't quite put her finger on it. That is, until she glanced down at her red-shirt. Her usual golden insignia was now shaped like the symbol of the magazine, "Playboy". That's when it struck her, she knew what went wrong! She turned her magic wand around to get a look at the back, and found that there was a matching Playboy symbol on it. This symbol was slightly different, as it possessed a white color to it. "This isn't my wand!" She exclaimed, "This is the Playboy Wand Of Destiny! I must've grabbed it by mistake!" Mario turned towards her in surprise, "What's-a that?"

Kimba impatiently flicked her tail, "Well, long ago a man named Hugh Hefner started up a magazine called Playboy! It was a magazine that liked to show off naughty pictures of women! Sometimes, Hugh couldn't find any women around willing to be in his naughty pictures. So, he had this wand made and used it to turn men into women, so he'd always have enough pictures for each issue!" Mario scratched her head, "If this turns men into women, why'd it turn you into a raccoon-woman?" Kimba thought about it for a second, "You know, I'm not entirely sure. I think it has different effects on women, then it does on men!"

While the two stood there gawking at their new forms, Bowser was doing the same. He couldn't take his eyes off the attractive female version of Mario, her beauty was enticing him too greatly. While Kimba and Mario continued to converse about their odd situation, Bowser gave into his lust and snuck up behind my Mario. Like a perverted teenaged boy reading his father's dirty magazines, he took advantage of the situation and began to grope Mario's behind. Mario let out a yelp, as the dirty turtle copped a feel on her large feminine rear. Mario's surprise instantly turned into rage, as she turned to face the creature. Mario lifted her leg up and kicked Bowser straight in the face, enough to send him flying past the kingdom and beyond.

Kimba bent over to get closer look at Mario's impressive legs, and a playful grin formed across her muzzle. "Wow, Mario! I've never seen your legs that flexible before, I think your new womanhood gave you a bit of an advantage!" Mario bashfully kicked her shoe in the dirt, "Ah, well... I-a guess..." Kimba ran up beside her, and hung her arm over Mario's shoulder. "Now you can see that women are just as capable as men!" Mario smiled weakly, "Yeah, I'm sorry Kimba! I was a little too hard on you too! I'm-a used to hapless damsels in distress, so I never knew there were strong independent women!" Kimba laughed, "It's okay, Mario! Believe it or not, there are lots of men in my world that still think the same way! The good thing is that you are no longer like those men! Actually, your not a man at all at the moment!" Mario began to panic again, "Well we've taken-a care of one problem, but there are still two big problems left!" Exclaimed Mario, as she gestured towards her two large breasts. "Don't worry, Mario! It's only temporary, it'll fade away in time!"

Mario shot her an angry look, "How-a long?" Kimba removed her arm from Mario's shoulder and let out an embarrassed giggle, "About a week, sorry." Mario gasped, he began going into full-panic mode. "What-a will I tell Peach?" Kimba put on a sympathetic smile, "If you run into her this week, just tell her your Mario's cousin! Call yourself... Maria!" The new female named "Maria" began to blush as she cradled her arms, "Maria? I used to have a girlfriend in high school called that..." Kimba laughed, "Maria and Mario, you two must've gotten along great! For now though, I think that name will do you fine!"

Maria sighed, "Alright I-a guess, but how am I going to put on a convincing act? I have no clue how to act like a woman!" Kimba smacked Maria on the behind in response, "Don't worry, "Maria"! I'll be there to show you how to behave like a proper lady! I can't leave until my transformation is reverted anyway, so we're into this together!" Maria rubbed her sore rear, as she shot Kimba another angry look. "Alright, but you have to promise to never do that again!" Kimba chuckled to herself, "Alright, I promise! Girl-scout's honor! Now, lets get some grub, I have the sudden urge to fill up on garbage!" Maria nodded and lead the way, "I know the perfect place, it's-a called "The Endless Stairway"! Best part is, ladies eat free tonight!"

The two of them shared a bout of laughter as they wandered towards a nearby town. "Also, Mario you have some rather big "assets". It might be in your interest to look into getting some protection!" Maria scratched her eyebrow nervously, "You mean like a metal-cap?" Kimba shook her head in response, "Not exactly! It's best I explain it to you later, for now let's rustle up some grub!" Maria nodded in agreement as the two of them neared the entrance to the town. The two of them sauntered across the dirt road leading into town, as many toads took noticed and gawked at the beautiful women approaching them. Kimba felt proud of what she accomplished today, she met her hero and now they were going out to dinner together! Maria in turn, also enjoyed her company. The two of them enjoyed the night, as both of them knew that it was going to be a great week!
