Spoilers for episode 92 of Dragon Ball Super, if anyone hasn't seen it.

Okay, so... Wow! On the newest of Dragon Ball Super, something really insane happens. You see, right now the show is building up to the "Tournament of Power" arc. Whoever loses in this tournament gets their universe erased completely. So, in order to simply compete Goku needs 10 members.
Within the timespan of a few days, Goku rounds everyone up. Except... Majin Buu falls into a deep sleep and isn't going to wake up for months. Basically, Majins can hibernate now. :D So, with Majin Buu asleep, everyone wonders who's going to be the tenth member. And that's where things get really REALLY interesting.

You see, Beerus, the all-powerful god of destruction who is also a kitty, brings up the fact that there are few beings left in the galaxy that have the necessary power. Beerus also mentions that because Goku and friends wiped out Frieza's army, they have less of a chance of getting someone strong. And Goku... Oh man, Goku! He says "Wait... Frieza... That's it!" And with that, Goku vows to recruit Frieza somehow, which would mean resurrecting him... Again!

Now, I don't know what Akira Toriyama's obsession with bringing back Frieza in. In the Dragon Ball Z anime (as well as non-canon materials) Frieza comes back at least 3-4 times after his original defeat. Later on, they made a film dedicated to Frieza's return. Then, Dragon Ball Super comes along and not only do they adapt the film, but Akira decides to create Frost, who is an alternate universe version of Frieza. And now, Frieza is being brought back again! Now, will this be his redemption arc? Most likely. Toriyama has brought the character back so much in various forms, that he may as well make him a mainstay at this point. Having two Friezas in the same tournament is definitely going to be interesting. Especially if Frieza and Frost face off against each other! Hopefully, they don't mess this up like they did with the Resurrection F arc! :D

Ugh well Frieza is a better choice than Yamcha or Chiaotzu. Just hope he doesn't mess things up for the team...although we do know the team has to win otherwise super will end rather abruptly lol
